About
I believe learning should be engaging, effective, and simple.
As an instructional designer, I specialize in creating learning experiences that simplify complex ideas and make knowledge accessible and enjoyable.
With over six years of experience, I’ve worked with companies like Cellcom, Invenco, and Nayax, developing e-learning solutions, instructional videos, and digital training materials that drive real learning outcomes.
My Journey in Learning Design
My path into instructional design has been shaped by my passion for education, problem-solving, and making learning accessible to everyone.
Over the years, I’ve worked on projects that challenged me to think creatively, optimize learning experiences, and implement real-world solutions to training needs.
Early Career & First Steps into Learning Design
I started my journey in learning and development at Cellcom, where I worked as a course manager in the customer service department.
In this role, I was responsible for managing and delivering training programs for new employees.
My responsibilities included onboarding, training, and coaching new representatives until they fully integrated into their teams.
I also provided ongoing feedback and performance assessments to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
After my role as a course manager, I was eager to expand my knowledge and experience and transitioned into a training developer role at Cellcom.
In this position, I led a major project to migrate and restructure the company’s entire knowledge base, transitioning from KMS Lighthouse to Salesforce Knowledge Base.
This project was more than just moving content; it was about making knowledge accessible, searchable, and usable for support teams, helping them find the right answers faster.
This experience taught me the power of well-organized learning resources and how clear, structured content can drastically improve learner efficiency.
Growing My Expertise in Training & Digital Learning
As I transitioned further into digital learning and instructional design, I focused on creating interactive and engaging training programs tailored to different audiences.
At Nayax, I took a deep dive into e-learning and multimedia training, developing different learning modules for the company’s products to improve onboarding, user knowledge, and adoption.
I focused on designing interactive, self-paced learning experiences that empower users to learn independently and apply their knowledge effectively.
Moving to Invenco, I worked on instructional content that helped customers understand and adopt new processes and technologies.
This experience strengthened my ability to turn technical information into engaging, digestible training materials.
